• The applicant has current license within the state of practice
• Graduation from Bachelor's Degree in a chemical, biological, or clinical laboratory/medical technology science
• Certification (ASCP or NCA) preferred
• Masters degree in Health or Business Administration preferred
• Has Ten years total experience required
• MT ASCP preferred
